• Prioritizing telepractice (Zoom) sessions when possible
• Spaced appointments for proper cleaning between clients
• Enhanced cleaning protocols for treatment rooms and common areas
• Plexiglass barriers in treatment rooms
• Mandatory masks in common areas (exceptions for young children/medical exemptions)
• Required hand sanitization upon arrival
• COVID-19 screening questionnaire before appointments
• Flexible rescheduling for clients feeling unwell
